Practical help for your home and your business. Local to Collingwood, serving Simcoe County and the Muskoka area.

I'm Fraser. I fix things. Some days that's a loose railing, and some days it's a website or a tablet that won't connect. If it's broken or confusing, call me.

For your home

Small jobs done properly, by someone who shows up when he says he will.

  • Repairs around the house: doors, shelves, grab bars, light fixtures, and the little jobs that pile up
  • Tech help at your kitchen table: phones, tablets, TVs, Wi-Fi, printers, and video calls with family
  • Staying safe online: spotting scam emails and calls, and setting up passwords you can actually remember
  • Fix-it visits: save up a few small jobs and I'll get through them in one trip

I'm patient, I explain things in plain language, and I don't rush. Family members who live out of town are welcome to book for a parent.

Handyman work is $35 an hour, with a one hour minimum. Materials are paid up front. Tech help is quoted per job, since every job is different. Call or email for a free quote.

For your business

Simple tools that save you time, built for small local businesses.

  • Websites that are easy to keep up to date
  • Booking and quote forms that land straight in your inbox
  • Auto-replies for the same questions you answer every day
  • Small custom web apps for scheduling, tracking hours, or managing jobs
  • AI tools set up to fit how you already work, without the hype

I've spent 25 years building and fixing computers, including five years as the only onsite IT support at Robert Transport, with head office in Quebec. I've also built web apps from scratch, including a time tracker for employee hours.

Some of my work

Communication board for my son

A tap-to-talk board that makes everyday requests quick to find. I'm still making the mobile layout steadier.

View app (opens in a new tab)

Websites for local trades

Ready-made site designs for trades like masonry, so customers can find services and get in touch fast.

IT room rebuilds

Full cleanups with Cat6 cabling, racks, patch panels, and managed switches over fibre, plus Cisco Meraki set up on warehouse forklift computers.

Home lab and local AI

I run Linux every day, have run a Raspberry Pi home server, and test AI models that run on regular hardware instead of the cloud.

Vehicle and field tech

Engine code diagnostics, Android Auto and stereo installs, and Starlink setups that don't need drilling.

About me

I live in Collingwood with my family. I've worked construction sites and IT help desks, so I'm just as comfortable with a drill as a keyboard. Whatever the job, you get one person who does the work and stands behind it.
